FORM VI-3A
REVISED 29 May 2026
PUBLIC RELEASE COPY

Holding a vial you can't quite trust?

Send it to the Bureau. We will have it analysed at an accredited commercial laboratory at no cost to you, and enter the result into the public record — for your own peace of mind, and for every buyer who reads the file after you.

How it works

Register the sample first, so we can match your vial to your submission when it reaches the bench.

Ship the vial to our Austin, TX intake, packed snugly in a padded envelope — a single vial travels well with a little wadding around it.

We log it, assign it a case number, code it blind, and submit it to the laboratory. The sample is consumed in analysis, so it cannot be returned.

No vial to spare? You can still help: nominate a vendor or product for an upcoming investigation on Reddit instead.

What you get

You receive the full Certificate of Analysis — identity, purity, content against the label, and the safety panel — before the case file is published here on VendorInvestigate.

Typical turnaround is two to four weeks from arrival, depending on the queue and the panel required.

What we test

VendorInvestigate accepts 15 popular peptides free of charge, in lyophilised powder form only. For a modest fee we now test many more peptides and blends, and several other form factors:

  • Tablets and capsules
  • Sprays, liquids and gels
  • Raw powder

One thing we cannot test:

  • Reconstituted peptides — once a vial is mixed, the analysis is no longer reliable, so please send it dry

We currently accept shipments from within the USA only. 🇺🇸

Why it's free

An open record is only useful if there is enough evidence in it, kept current. Public submissions are how we keep the file honest and unbought: each vial one person sends in protects the next person reading it.

Ready to submit? Register your sample now and we will take it from there.
